City of Mandurah (2 sites)
The City of Mandurah is shaping up to be one of WA’s most sustainable councils. These two local sporting sites are only a short distance from each other near the centre of Mandurah.
South Boulder Waste Water Treatment Plant
In late 2013, The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder went to tender for their second large solar power system (greater than 30kVA).Coming off the back of a successfully completed system at the Goldfields Oasis Leisure Centre (137.5kW) Solargain put together another strong submission and was chosen from a field of 12 respondents.
Shire of Kellerberrin
As part of the Royalties for Regions program, the Shire of Kellerberrin has been provided with a magnificent Recreation and Leisure Centre that has become a regional epicentre for sporting events such as bowls, tennis, basketball, volleyball, football, cricket and harness racing.
Goldfields Oasis Leisure Centre
Solargain’s adherence to safety and standards was particularly noted by the City who gave glowing reviews of the manner in which the company conducted itself on site.
Department of Housing
The WA Department of Housing have approximately 40,000 homes under management. The Department went to tender for the deployment of a solar PV trial of 1% of their homes - approximately 400 homes. Solargain were chosen as the provider after several months of due diligence was carried out on all the tender submissions.
Shire of Kondinin
The Shire of Kondinin approached Solargain in 2011 to provide a quotation for 25kW of solar power to assist in covering the day time loads associated with running their community pool facility, located within their shire in the nearby town of Hyden.
City of Wanneroo
Solargain were chosen out of the 35 companies who submitted tender applications. The 24kW system is Solargain’s longest installed commercial system and to date there have been no system faults.
