After a discussion with Maureen Dobra from the Loose Leaf Lettuce Company about their concerns regarding the escalating costs of running their cool rooms and irrigation systems, she suggested they contact Solargain, as she had made such significant savings as a result of deploying her 100kW Solargain system.

After receiving quotes from several other providers, Peter and Anthony decided to proceed with the Solargain recommendation, based on the quality of the equipment and advice received, as well as Solargain’s experience in installing large scale commercial systems with other growers. The end result was the installation of two systems: a 100kW for the main farm and 20kW at the secondary (smaller) location.

The estimated first year savings is $47,149 for both systems combined.

Having both been happy with the system performance, Peter and Anthony have since referred Solargain to other local growers in Myalup to see if we can also assist their friends and industry colleagues in a similar way.
